Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — no restocking fees, no hassle.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info.jacsker@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info.jacsker@gmail.com — we will make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info.jacsker@gmail.com.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return it following the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.
